What we charge for and what we don’t
The free tier is permanent. No "free for 14 days then pay" trickery. The 5/day cap is the only difference, and most users (we measured) export 1-3 times per day across the week. The free tier is enough for the majority of people who install the extension.
Pro exists for two reasons. Project export — bundling a whole ChatGPT or Claude Project into one ZIP — needs to fetch every conversation in a project, and that has a real cost. Notion sync uses the Notion API which is free for users but requires us to maintain the integration. Pro pays for those plus the license server upkeep.
No paywall on existing features. If a feature works on the free tier today, it stays on the free tier. We don’t move things behind Pro retroactively.
No annual lock-in. Pro Monthly cancels in one click via the LemonSqueezy email. Annual is a 65% saving versus paying monthly because we get cash flow upfront.
